Description:

Cap - Reddish-orange to pale peach; sticky when wet; may be finely cracked in age; convex to flat (depressed center in age). Gills: White to cream, forked near the stalk. Stalk: White, sometimes with pink tones), dry, smooth (J. Solem, pers. comm.).

Where to find:

Habitat: Solitary or scattered on ground under oaks.
