Cherry Leaf Spot is caused by a microscopic fungus (Blumeriella jaapii). Observations without microscopic confirmation are speculative.

Relationships:

The fungus Blumeriella jappii causes Cherry Leaf Spot on wild and cultivated cherries (Prunus spp.).
