Cap: Various shades of yellow with reddish patches; sticky / slimy when wet; broadly convex to flat; margin inrolled, often with bits of veil tissue; flesh yellow. Pores: Yellow, slowly stain red-brown, often decurrent; angular to elongated. Stalk: Yellow, usually speckled with reddish-brown dots; may bruise red-brown; usually no ring; coarse white hairs attach fruiting body to soil.
