Status:

Usually found in groups on wood chips, twigs, or woody debris.

Description:

Fruiting body: Exterior is hairy, yellow-orange; initially a cap is present. Interior: Whitish, smooth, unlined. Peridioles: White, flattened, more like seeds than eggs in appearance; each is attached to the fruiting body by a tiny coiled cord. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
