Status:

Found under conifers in leaf litter or near stumps. Spore sac is roundish with a light-colored depression around the point. Fruiting body has a single point of attachment. Surface of rays slightly roughened, spore sac smooth. Old specimens may last for months (J. Solem, pers. comm.).
