Status:

Siberian Elm is an introduced species from central and western Asia.

Description:

Note the asymmetrical base and the double serrated edges of leaves.

Relationships:

Larvae of Stigmella multispicata are leaf miners of this species. Frequently noted with Yellow-bellied Sapsucker drill wells.
