Found solitary or scattered on dead wood.

Description:

Fruiting body: Light to dark tan funnel covered with fine hairs. Pores: White to yellow-brown; decurrent. Stalk: Central: Color similar to rest of fruiting body. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
