Description:

Fruiting body: A leathery sheetlike crust varying from pinkish to purplish to brown depending on age. Margin uneven, free or rolled back (J. Solem, pers. comm.).

Relationships:

Found on decaying hardwoods (J. Solem, pers. comm.).
