Rare on the lower Eastern Shore. Relegated to the edges of brackish and salt marshes.

Description:

Major leaf veins 1-3 (if 3 or five only the mid-vein bold), 3-6mm wide. Leaves not boldly punctate on upperside. Leaves without axillary fascicles.
