Description:

Cap: Yellow with small dark scales; flat in maturity, may be uplifted in age; flesh thick, yellow. Gills: White to pale yellow, waxy; some may be forked. Stalk: Pale yellow, smooth, becomes hollow (J. Solem, pers. comm.).
