Description:

Cap: Light yellow to shades of orange, tan with age; moist; convex to almost flat; margin uplifted in age; flesh white. Gills: Pale yellow-white/pale orange-white; close/crowded. Stalk: White to pale yellow; hollow; pale yellow or white mycelium binds fruiting body to thick mat of leaves (J. Solem, pers. comm.).

Where to find:

Scattered or groups on thick layer of decaying deciduous leaves.
