Description:

Cap: Pale to yellowish-cinnamon (fades from center outward); smooth to sticky; hygrophanous; margin striate in age. Gills: Pale yellowish to pinkish-yellow; partial veil initially. Stalk: Paler than cap; dry, part scurfy; membranous upward-flaring ring (or ring zone) near top (J. Solem, pers. comm.).

Where to find:

Groups/clusters on well-decayed deciduous wood/sawdust (J. Solem, pers. comm.).
