Found on ground in hickory/oak forest.

Description:

Cap: Velvety, brown, depressed center may have tiny umbo. Gills: Yellow-brown, may or may not have dark edges; latex unchanging white, very slowly stains flesh and gills dull rose. Stalk: Brown. (J. Solem, pers. comm.)
