Description:

On ground in deciduous or mixed woods. Red cap, yellow flesh. Pore mouths red, thin layer, stain greenish-blue. Spore print olive-brown. Spores cylindrical, smooth, pale yellow; 10.4-12.1 x 2.7-3.6 microns.
