Status:

Ceraturgus elizabethae has a patchy, localized distribution across much of the southeastern United States. The species apparently occurs primarily in uplands, and may mimic certain species of solitary wasps in the genus Tachytes. This robber fly appears to frequent brush and grassy habitats, often in forested situations, similar to other species in this genus (Barnes, 2008).

There are 3 records in the project database.
