Delaware's first record of Roseate Spoonbill in Sussex Co., Delaware just north of the Maryland state line (6/25/2009). This bird tormented Maryland birders by spending a full week just a few hundred yards or so north of the state line. Only a small number of lucky observers saw it in Maryland.
