No Common Name Nepytia n-sp.  

Status:

From Glaser et al. and Moths of Maryland: Common. Most specimens collected on the lower Eastern Shore. Baltimore, Dorchester, Somerset, Talbot and Worcester Counties. June 8th to July 28th. Wing span is 26 to 28 mm, much smaller than N. pellucidaria. The late Douglas Ferguson thought that this wasn't even the correct species [sic]. He was going to revise the genus but never got to it. Reared from Pinus taeda.
